Chayan is a great trainer! He motivates me to always give my best in our sessions. He also motivates me to put the same hard work in on my own time throughout the week, and inspires me to live a healthier lifestyle. I have never had a session with Chayan that I haven't tried something new, he is always challenging your body with different routines, whether it be using the weight machines, free weights, or doing a high intensity full body workout, he will always surprise you with something new. He makes you feel comfortable, and at the same time pushes you to challenge yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of!

Chayan is a very inspirational trainer. Everything he has you do, he has done himself. I've never had a personal trainer before and was skeptical at first but he definitely pushes you to reach your personal goals. Although you're completely drained at the end of your session and may feel like giving up half way through, the results of your hard work will show.
