Fitness Kensho will be in the New York City area from October 11th-13th 2019. Hours of training will be every day from 8am-8pm. If these hours don’t fit into your schedule, please email chayan@fitnesskensho.com to see if Fitness Kensho can accommodate your desired time. Here’s your opportunity to train with Fitness Kensho and learn the training principles he has followed to achieve his physique. Fitness Kensho will be open to answering any questions the client(s) may have during the training session to help enhance their own fitness journey. Please make sure you arrive at the gym 15 minutes prior to the session, eat a meal 1-2 hours prior to the session, drink water to stay hydrated and be ready to train like you’ve never trained before!

IF FOR ANY REASON FITNESS KENSHO CAN NOT MAKE IT TO THE TRAINING SESSION, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. FITNESS KENSHO WILL RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS OR SOONER TO CONFIRM YOUR TRAINING SESSION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THAT POINT.

  8. Appropriate Exercise Clothing Required During Training Session
