Do you need help figuring out how much you should be eating? Macro coaching is designed to help you lose or gain weight. This is an additional service only for those who have purchased a training program ebook that I’ve written. Clients will need to own a food scale to weigh out their food and become familiar with tracking calories via MyFitnessPal. Your training routine will come from the program you’ve purchased. I’ll provide you with macro and cardio targets to reach each week in order to maximize your progress that will possibly change each week to help overcome potential plateaus throughout your coaching.
24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE IS MADE, YOU WILL BE EMAILED A MACRO COACHING ASSESSMENT. PLEASE ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AS ACCURATE AS YOU CAN. MACROS WILL BE DESIGNED AFTER ASSESSMENTS ARE SUBMITTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THAT POINT.
