Apps such as MyFitnessPal is a great resource to use to calculate macro and micro nutrients. If the duration online coaching has expired and you would like to extend our time together, another purchase of online coaching package will be required.
24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE IS MADE YOU WILL BE EMAILED AN ONLINE COACHING ASSESSMENT. PLEASE ANSWER QUESTION AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE AS THIS WILL ENSURE THAT AN EFFECTIVE PROGRAM IS CREATED. PROGRAM DESIGN BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AFTER ASSESSMENT ARE SUBMITTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THAT POINT.

- List of Approved Foods to understand what foods you can eat to maximize results
- One on One communication once a week to discuss training program, macros, diet, questions or concerns via phone or video chat.
- Unlimited communication via email
- Fitness Assessment to develop a customized program according to your health & fitness goals
- Mandatory submissions of weekly progress pictures & weigh ins to track progress and make necessary adjustments if needed
- Supplement recommendations
